the big clean-up

it all started when i found an entire colony of mould resting on our hae bee hiam (err... dried shrimp chilli?) which led to an all-out search for other similar habitats in our sauces, pastes, dried food stuff, etc. every bottle, container and can was opened and inspected. if found to be uncontaminated, a quick evaluation would be done to see if we could finish eating it soon. if not, we'd dispatch it to the fridge, or freezer.

now, our cupboards are pretty empty. the tiny fridge is bursting. and we've been eating to save our groceries.
