weird dreams...

been suffering from a spate of weird dreams lately. last night was about me forgetting that i had one more exam to sit for today. there i was, tossing and turning in bed, wondering how i was ever going to pass this exam when i was totally unprepared. it’s all val’s fault, she kept insisting that she had unfinished work. she even ticked off her mental checklist of things to do repeatedly. hahah. anyway, her dreams are even weirder than mine. she was telling me about being stranded on an island with friends and they had to hunt for a tiger. in the end she was used as tiger bait, to which i commented was pretty reasonable as she is kind of petite and very quick on her feet. binn and i had a hard time catching up with her yest. that girl walks in double time man. she was pretty frustrated at having to turn around to look for us half the time. hahah.

supposed to be doing research for mi blest amiga on barcelona. but my dad’s trying to arrange wires for the internet. so i’m typing this on word doc now and transferring it over later. anyway, i’m with starhub now. yups, thanks to yingmin who’s been strongly advocating maxonline. the speed doesn’t seem to be much different though…

back to mi blest amiga and barca… man… wish i could be going with her as originally planned. i wanna be there, taking in the strange sights, eating paella and tapas, drinking vino y cerveza, praticising our pathetic spanish, and shopping with mi blest amiga… gonna be missing her when she’s gone. but… she’s leaving me her tablet pc for me to play around with, and the L word! hahah. i’d better be watching that series in the middle of the night when the rest of the family is sleeping.

OH! on top of my list of wants, the ice cream maker binn and i saw at tangs yest and the dvd/vcd of Before Sunrise (yeah, for those of u who are still confused, that’s the prequel to Before Sunset. i want that too!! hahah) there was something from that movie that has been popping up in my mind from time to time… about how humans have a never ending list of wants. it’s like how we have one wish fulfilled and then we move on to our next want immediately. isn’t that so true? we’re seldom satisfied. esp not me. i’m always lusting after something else…
