caught with his pants down

was walking home with my younger sis today when both of u caught sight of this boy standing at the gate of his house. for some reason, he was just standing there in the open, with his shorts down, in his underwear and touching his privates. ugh.

i suppose both of us saw him at the same time. coz we both averted out eyes and suddenly seemed very interested in the trees at the playground on the opposite side. i was actually hoping my younger sis didn't notice the guy. but she did. i hope she's not traumatised.

darn, i should have gone up to him and scolded him instead of walking away pretending i didn't see anything. so typically s'porean. he was barely in his teens, abt sec sch.

it's no fun when there's a sick kid in the neighbourhood. sigh!
