out for bfast at 4:30am...

this goes down in history as one of the wackiest things i've done.

us Terrible Three were up late crapping online, when JG came up with the brilliant "anyone wants to go for supper?" at 3am. LP and i picked up on it and sorta goaded him along, even though it seemed like a pretty remote possibility.

but, by some mysterious stroke of coincidence, my mum woke up at 330am and had no objections when i asked to take the car out for bfast. so the following hr was spent checking out directions and routes to each other's houses. by 430am, J was ready and off to go pick up her LP.

i got kinda lost. when i got there, she had dozed off on her front porch. the drive to JG's place took even longer coz of long winding expressways. that guy stays in the west lor! darn far. but my LP and i make a good team. with her reading the map and me, following her instructions. only thing is... she tends to give directions in chinese. which i need to pause and process a bit.

by the time we got to jalan kayu for prata, it was 630am. yes, J had driven for 2 hrs straight and gotten lots of ribbing abt being a slow driver. heh. LP noticed that we never have to stop for red lights coz by the time i reached the red lights, it would have turned green.

despite my original enthusiasm and downing a cup of coffee before i left the house, i was a zombie by the time we got there. we had egg prata, cheese prata and onion prata, washed them down with milo dinosaurs topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce. i didn't even have the appetite to eat much. all i wanted was my bed and it showed. so much so that JG actually agreed to take over the wheel and send us home while he takes public from Bishan to NTU. heh. this is despite LP's dad offering him a lift. major brownie pts!

there's something in our group dynamics that results in such crazy stunts every once in a while. JG's usually the one to come up with the nutty idea, LP is always sporting enough to be up for anything and i just get dragged along in the whole process. man... this group pushes my boundaries (read: curfews).

so... here's to crazy antics that are to be performed in future. probably really soon, considering the movie marathon scheduled at my place tmw. heh.
