J's last day as a student
(11:30am) J's taking the easy way out and reading the chapter summaries for strategy instead, as suggested by cranberry yest. heh. and it appears the person who owned the text before me had the same idea, as only the chapter summaries are highlighted.
(2:03pm) officially reached the stage where i'd rather be doing anything else than sit in front of my laptop studying. searching for pasta recipes now. not to cook, but to drool over the pics.
(3:00pm) wl's officially taken it upon herself to improve my chinese. was instructed to read one article a day on my home pc. coz as yiren puts it, 'J's laptop is as bad as it's owner' when it comes to chinese - in place of chinese characters, it displays squares. one square for every chinese character.
(4:30pm) half an hr to go to my Gilmore Girls season 4 rerun. i will survive... oh! cranberry just came online. heh.
(6:07pm) back from my tv show. xiong di's asking me for help coz she's very stressed at work. hmm... too bad i lost the toy moose we shared. (it spent alternate wks on our respective desks in sec 3) that would cheer her up.
(6:44pm) singing along to Westlife's If I Let You Go on Power 98. brings back memories of sec sch when we used to belt out boy band songs unabashedly, not caring if we were off-pitch
'but if i let you go, i would never know... what my life would be, holding you close to me... will i ever see, you smiling back at me... how will i know?? if i let you go...'
(7:00pm) finished reading the entire blog of Eddy Neo. wish i could say the same of my strat textbook and notes. yes, me, compulsive blog reader. but he's really funny! esp the entries of his Boon Lay Girl.
(9:00pm) 'how about if you wait another 10 years?' heh. Chase.
(10:20pm) so many concepts swimming ard in my brain. hoping they'll fall nicely into place when i read the review ppts that ernie has been raving abt. in the meantime, i'll go take a shower, clear my brain.
(11:35pm) wondering where to go after newton. 8:30pm is too early to be going home! anyone has any suggestions for dessert or anything else?
(12:37am) so looking forward to 17 hrs later... me wants my freedom!
(1:07am) waiting for my nissin chilli crab cup noodles to cook. the ultimate late night study indulgence! meanwhile... trying to figure out who leaked our top secret plans for tmw to cutest guy. he knows every detail and he's insisting i'm the one who told him but forgot. (the guy derives sick twisted pleasure from screwing with my mind) hmm... very fishy. and no one's owning up to leaking the info.
