bewilderment - I need to talk, my beliefs have come crashing down on me
confusion - i can't tell you what's going on
helplessness - do you want a cheeseball?
frustration - are u being too involved in your friends' problem?
sadness - would you cry because your friend is crying?
regret - i'm thankful no one preached to me when i was feeling down and lost
pain - we've drifted
uncertainty - i'm ok, don't worry about me
concern - get some rest
