u can run, but...

took a short break with my senior just now to go buy snacks coz we were too bored. just when we were walking out of the shopping arcade, i caught sight of my mgr. my first reaction was 'oh no! quick! hide!!'. hahah. both of us scrambled away. i ducked under the escalator. she side-stepped into a store.

when we were walking back to the office, my senior chided me on my schoolkid mentality. it was pure 'Teacher!! Hide!!' hahah. i'm too well trained. apparently she would have just said hi if it weren't for my sudden activation of the panic button, which sent her into a flurry.

however, my quick escape was ruined. we'd just stepped into the lift to take us back to safe ground, when guess who stepped right in after us... hahaha.

u can run, but u can't hide....
